Due to the continued success and growth of our business an opportunity has arisen for a person who takes pride in contributing to exceptional building operations and presentation standards to join our team.
As part of our wider Real Estate Management division, you will manage key relationships with the client, tenants, service providers and colleagues. Your ability to time manage effectively and to work autonomously as well as part of a team is vital.
Other key accountabilities include:
- Ensuring the asset is well presented at all times
- Undertake formalised, documented inspections of the property
- Good financial literacy is needed to assist the Property Manager and Senior Facilities Manager with input in the creation and delivery of OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Ensure that all areas of risk are minimised and managed effectively
- Ensure effective communication with on-site service providers such as security and cleaning
- Ensure all procedures and protocols are followed effectively
- Undertake formalised and documented inspections of the centre
- Attend and participate in contractor monthly meetings
Ideally the right candidate for this role will be someone from a trades background with the respective qualifications looking to take the step into commercial property management. You will get exposure to a wide range of asset types, with the commercial awareness to build a profitable, high performing business and the communication skills to work effectively in a unified team culture across our client portfolios.
