Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a junior sales executive to join our Residential Sales division located in our Melbourne CBD office. This division focuses on listing, managing and selling established apartments within the Melbourne CBD grid.

The provision of sale services from this division is a logical extension of the industry leading Colliers International Project Marketing business, and an opportunity to further build relationships and add value to clients (both vendors and purchasers) within premium buildings.

As part of this role, your focus will be:

  • Prospecting
  • Sourcing new opportunities
  • Marketing new opportunities with the support of our inhouse marketing team
  • Networking and building relationships
  • Servicing vendors/ purchases throughout the sales journey
  • Keeping updated on the latest property market trends and research

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

  • Current Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence;
  • A passion for the real estate industry and seeking a long term career in real estate;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Intermediate to advance MS office and computer skills; and
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Previous real estate experience is not essential, as we will provide hands on learning and guidance to accelerate your success.

Key to your success will be your positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve successful and timely outcomes
