Job Description

An enviable opportunity to join an elite, industry leading team within our Residential Project Marketing Division. With access to a wide variety of projects across the Sydney metropolitan area, this role will target our higher-end residential purchasers. Suited to a sophisticated and mature operator, that understands the current market, and the buying needs of downsizers. Potentially suitable to a local agent within the lower north shore, with a mid to high end focus. Working in a highly successful and driven team, this role will utilise your proven sales experience to help ensure your personal and the ongoing success of the team from both a sales and customer perspective.

You will successfully achieve this by:

  • Working across a range of residential projects within the Sydney metropolitan area.
  • Building long-lasting client relationships that are individualised to accommodate each enquiry.
  • A solid understanding of project marketing and selling off the plan, specifically in areas such as the North Shore.
  • Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
  • Be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Knowledge of the Sydney residential market.
  • An understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers to purchase off the plan apartments.

Qualifications

  • Fully up to date Certificate of Registration. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role selling off the plan. Alternatively, a high performing Residential sales agent may be considered.  
  • Your experience will highlight ability to service leads and enquirers to ensure that business sales objectives are exceeded.
