Job Description
Colliers is seeking a SAP Solution Architect to support and evolve our SAP HR platform, with a focus on SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll across EMEA.With SuccessFactors deployed across 19 countries, this role is key to ensuring our people systems remain scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs. You will work in a complex, multi-country environment, driving solution design, integrations, and continuous improvement.
Job Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad
Solution Design (SuccessFactors & Payroll)
- Lead solution design across Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
- Provide guidance on workflows, organisational structures, security, and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensure alignment to SAP best practices and multi-country requirements
Payroll & Integration Architecture
- Design and support payroll structures, schemas, and country-specific requirements
- Manage integrations between SuccessFactors, payroll providers, and finance systems
- Ensure accurate, compliant data flows across platforms
Product & Change Delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to shape the HR roadmap
- Translate business needs into scalable designs and support release planning
Live Service & Continuous Improvement
- Support BAU escalations, SAP releases, and payroll upgrades
- Drive process simplification and automation opportunities
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Finance, in-country teams, and external partners
- Ensure strong governance and high-quality solution documentation
Qualifications
What You Bring
Essential:
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise (Employee Central, workflows, RBP, data architecture)
- Proven experience with Employee Central Payroll
- Solid understanding of payroll schemas, wage types, and controls
- Experience with HR integrations and multi-country environments
Desirable:
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite experience
- HR analytics, release management, and testing.
- HR reporting and analytics
- SuccessFactors release management
