Job Description
The Manager for Advisory Services will be responsible in conducting research through primary and secondary means, make use of different tools to analyze the data, and generate reports that impart meaningful insight on market trends. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.
Job Description:
- Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as but not limited to market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies
- Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research process including conducting field work as needed
- Analyze data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making process
- Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)
- Fulfill any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in the conduct of one’s work
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of work experience, plus points if in the market research field, consultancy work, or from real estate developer.
- Willing to travel
- Proficient in Excel and other MS office applications
- Able to pivot tables in excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to understand and interpret data.
- Must be well informed of the latest news and current events.
