Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Valuation & Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in real estate valuation and pricing analysis
- Conduct market research and collect property-related data
- Perform site inspections and prepare field notes and photos
- Support the preparation of valuation reports and presentations
- Assist in market surveys, benchmarking, and analysis
- Provide general support for team projects and assignments

Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related fields

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel when required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Fresh graduates are welcome
