Job Description
EMEA SAP Functional Support Consultant – P2P : Plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing Colliers’ SAP Finance platform across the EMEA region, with a focus on the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. This role partners with Finance and Procurement stakeholders to resolve business process issues and identify opportunities for improvement in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role will act as a “co-owner” with business stakeholders for project proposals through the IS Governance process.
As Colliers EMEA continues its SAP transformation journey, the successful candidate will join a growing team responsible for service delivery and continuous improvement of SAP applications (SAP S/4HANA; Concur; CPEA; BTP Services).
Purpose of Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud P2P Functional Consultant to provide Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for Procure-to-Pay processes, with a strong functional focus on Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management (CIM). You will partner with Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT stakeholders to deliver standardized, scalable solutions aligned to SAP best practices—while enabling automation, compliance, and a strong user experience.
EMEA SAP Functional Support Consultant – P2P will work in the Corporate Technology Finance Systems team and is responsible for the day-to-day functional stability, support, and continuous improvement of P2P processes across S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Ariba CIM. You will act as the primary functional point of contact for Procurement and Accounts Payable teams, ensuring incidents are resolved effectively, integrations are monitored, and standard SAP cloud capabilities are used optimally.
Role Overview and Responsibilities :
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
- Engage with key stakeholders in EMEA Finance and Procurement teams (Finance Leadership, Procurement Leads, in-country teams) to support platform operations and future enhancements.
- Work closely with the SAP Programme Team and Implementation Partners during rollouts and onboarding of new countries or business units.
- Ensure sufficient documentation is provided to support transition into live service, especially for localisations or customisations.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to improving Colliers IT services.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a diverse and dynamic environment, effectively prioritising multiple issues simultaneously.
Technical Expertise and Troubleshooting :
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud P2P Business Process Cycle (e.g. SAP MM, PRs, POs, GRs, Invoice Management, FI, CO)
Experience in SAP BAU Support or implementation roles, ideally 5–10 years.
- Ability to assist business users with SAP functionality and participate in business process reviews.
- Skilled in capturing, documenting, and delivering new business requirements.
- Confident in facilitating workshops to ensure configuration changes are understood and adopted.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA.
- Development of test artefacts and scripts for structured testing (unit, integration, UAT).
- Creation of knowledge articles and training materials to support adoption and resolve common issues.
- Provide ad hoc training and consulting to Finance and Procurement super users and SMEs.
- Stay current with industry trends and SAP certifications relevant to Finance and P2P.
- Experience operating in an IT Service Management system, preferably ServiceNow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- certification in relevant modules (e.g., MM, FI, AP) (desirable)
- ITIL certification (desirable).
- Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement business processes, especially within P2P.
- Consultative mindset, self-directed, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
