Job Description
Lead all aspects of commercial leasing, including office, retail, and mixed-use assets.
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and tenant onboarding from LOI to execution.
Drive transaction strategy for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio optimization.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and asset management teams to structure deals and ensure compliance.
Maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, landlords, and institutional partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities including tenant representation, landlord mandates, and real estate advisory services.
Develop relationships with corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and service providers to grow the client base.
Represent the company in industry events, real estate conferences, and business forums to build brand visibility.
Create tailored proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations to win new mandates.
Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials for business outreach.
Provide market intelligence and strategic input on growth markets, leasing trends, and competitive positioning.
Contribute to the company’s long-term real estate strategy and business planning.
Lead or support due diligence and underwriting for major deals and partnerships.
Manage and mentor a team of leasing or transaction professionals (as applicable).
Additional Information
Excellent negotiation, financial modeling, and contract review skills.
Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, legal documentation, and transactional processes.
Networked within the corporate occupier, broker, and investor community.
High level of business acumen, leadership, and client relationship management.
