Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised Digital Platform Coordinator to support the management of our digital platforms and operational systems. This role will support the Property Marketing team with administrative duties and assist in managing and improving our operational systems. The role is part of our collaborative and high energy Australian Corporate Marketing team and is part of our dedicated Property Marketing & Digital team.

Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systems
  • Monthly/regular reporting on client funded marketing, email marketing and in-house digital media campaigns
  • Manage all invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliers
  • Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand

 

  • Understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work at a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support users with operational system-related problems
  • Experience in data entry, reporting and managing invoices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance.
  • Commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
