Job Description
- Drive Service Line team performance across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising and retargeting.
- Develop SEO focused content, keywords, and maintain consistent brand messaging on the Colliers Service Line website pages
- Act as ‘superuser’ of Colliers email automation platform
- Drive improved EDM performance across all team campaigns – through platform reporting, analysis and best practice training and insights
- Work in collaboration of the Colliers Corporate Marketing team to develop and execute innovative digital and social media strategies (paid and organic) for different audiences driving brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
- Help create high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including text, images, and videos.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest future improvements.
- Develop and implement a national social media calendar
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Additional Information
- 5+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms and their algorithms, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience with digital and social media analytic platforms and reporting
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Meticulous time management and attention to detail.
