Job Description
- Execute Hotel Management and Lease Contracts between Hotel Owners and Hotel Brands.
- Lead negotiations and ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction in contract execution.
- Oversee contract compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and brand representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 10 to 15 years in hotel management and lease contract execution.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking.
