• Execute Hotel Management and Lease Contracts between Hotel Owners and Hotel Brands.
• Lead negotiations and ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction in contract execution.
• Oversee contract compliance and resolve any disputes that may arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and brand representatives.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 10 to 15 years in hotel management and lease contract execution.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking.
