This role is responsible for partnering with our revenue producing teams by developing and harvesting new business opportunities in Hong Kong and across the Asia region.

In this role, you will…

  • Proactively initiate business development activities of new and existing clients
  • Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects to clients
  • Partner with revenue producing team leaders (across various service lines) to win client mandates and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to effectively connect with and qualify potential clients
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Consistent and thorough follow up to internal stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant business discipline
  • Native or highly fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is required;
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve revenue targets
  • Solid track record of working with clients from listed companies, financial institutions and/or law firms
  • Excellent at handling multiple stakeholders with multiple timelines and demands in a fast pace corporate environment
  • Ability to build relationship with internal clients quickly communicate effectively through all mediums and at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
