We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to lead our Project Management. & will provide strategic guidance and leadership on various aspects of development management across all asset classes, leveraging their extensive experience in delivering complex and acclaimed projects in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership on development management across all asset classes
• Lead a team of competent and seasoned professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
• Develop and implement innovative business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the value of their property through innovative product positioning and technology integration
• Oversee the delivery of large-scale, high-value developments, ensuring maximum value for clients
• Ensure projects adhere to international standards, integrating best practices and regulatory requirements
• Create strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Mentor and develop the project management team, promoting a culture of excellence and client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, or APM

• 20+ years of diverse real estate experience in project management, with exposure to various asset classes and delivery models
• Proven track record of delivering complex and acclaimed projects in India and abroad
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to guide the project management team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and implement innovative business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction
• Hands-on experience in managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements
• Strong emphasis on developing and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives
