This growth and our commitment to investing in our people and platform has created the need for an enterprising real estate professional to join our team as the Business Development Director | Enterprise Clients Asia, based out of our regional headquarters in Singapore.

This role reports directly into the Managing Director, Occupier Services | APAC and partners with the local market Occupier Leaders and Enterprise Client leads across the region to grow our service offering to Enterprise Clients Asia wide. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial real estate expert to lead the growth of  the Enterprise Services sector in a key regional hub, with the opportunity to influence across the wider Colliers global market.

To be successful in this position, you will possess a proven capability of client engagement, business development, inspirational people leadership  and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with the Managing Director, Occupier Services | APAC and local Occupier Leads, develop a consistent client engagement strategy across the occupier service lines to create strong relationships, financial opportunities & outcomes.
  • Act as the lead public figure in client communication to build C-level relationships across the most profitable and targeted accounts.
  • Support in developing a highly capable localised teams through competitor talent attraction and internal capability building.
  • Deliver a consistent message around our service proposition across the Asia market.
  • In collaboration with the Research Department, create consistent Occupier relevant thematic reporting.
  • Expand the scope of the centralised service lines which include Lease Administration, Enterprise Project Management and Portfolio Consulting.
  • Ensure the service delivery quality across the Enterprise Client landscape is consistent and best in class.
  • Be the APAC lead on Enterprise Clients globally, through regular global conference calls and pitches with the UK & EMEA colleagues.
  • Actively engage and with Corenet and be the Colliers leader.
  • In collaboration with the Business Development Centre, drive the bid response regionally for all Enterprise pitches.
  • Oversee the pricing regionally for all Enterprise Clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in the position for Business Development Director Enterprise Clients | Asia, you will have a minimum of 10 years professional experience within the Asia Pacific market along with, but not limited to:

  • Degree qualified in Business or Real Estate.
  • A strong understanding and relations within the Corporate Enterprise market.
  • A proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Proven business development skills across the occupier real estate industry.
  • A track record of attracting and onboarding market leading talent.
  • Expert knowledge of the Occupier Services markets across the Asia region.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach and develop talent within your business.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team focus.
  • Proven track record in leading through influence.
