Job Description

Position Brief:

The position is mainly responsible to represent Colliers International in managing & leading multiple projects of project management business in Pune / Mumbai. He will be have profit centre responsibility in managing & leading  Projects for Pune / Mumbai – aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management.

The incumbent is expected to have past experience in managing & leading Base build & Fitout projects for leading corporates/ developers clients. 

Key Skill Sets Required 

The candidate should have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communications, and writing skills. S/he should be a good team player.  The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled operator and will be comfortable executing projects as well as with business development. 

Responsibilities – Key Result Areas:

  1. Profit Centre responsibility for the zone – aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management services
  2. Provide leadership and implement strategic initiatives to differentiate our Project Management
  3. Build a local Project Management team that can deliver best in class services for our clients.
  4. Undertake leadership role in cross service line initiatives being implemented at the office/regional level
  5. Will be responsible for leading the initiative to receive positive client feedback on our services rendered

Expected Skills Sets & Experience:

  1. Qualified Civil Engineer/ Architect with Project Management/Construction Management degree with more than 20-25 years of experience
  2. Core domain knowledge of Project Management in real estate development
  3. Financial knowledge and General Management skills involving experience for leading strategic initiatives.
  4. Ability and skills to do Business Development and network.
  5. Ability and skills to formulate and implement internal processes and policies that directly and positively impact quality of delivery and expertise of team as a whole
  6. Leadership Skills in IPC , Project Management Firms experience will be preferred 

Qualifications
