Job Description
Due to recent growth across our Hong Kong business, we are sourcing for an aspiring business development professional to join our Business Development Centre (BDC) team. This position will provide a growing business development professional the opportunity to accelerate success within a dynamic, market-leading organization. We are focused to develop our people to become leading real estate professionals in the market.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end process for key RFPs, including develop proposal/presentation/pricing content
- Partner with business lines to position key content messages and form a client-centric compelling story for qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal & external partners on client engagement events
- Collaborate and align with the Senior Creative Manager on graphic design development
- Facilitate strategy meetings of internal stakeholders
- Manage pursuit tracker and pipeline
- Communicate and implement any pitch best practices to local teams
- Ad hoc projects as may be assigned
- Be prepared to occasionally work outside traditional office hours to meet strict client deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in MNCs, Experience in similar role preferred such as Business Development, Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge of real estate industry is helpful but not a must
- Excellent in Chinese and English. Manage to read and write simplified Chinese is a plus
- Proficient, organized, with a strong focus on quality output
- Self-starter, proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal clients
- Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge and experience of social media will be a great advantage
- Versatile thinker, able to problem solve and has a can-do attitude.
