In this role, you will have the exposure to work with our senior brokers and executives in the Office Offices (Leasing) department. The key areas of responsibility include:

• Conduct market research and provide financial analysis to management to drive business performance
• Prepare and develop pitch proposals, presentation and marketing materials for brokers
• Closely monitor actual performance to budget and provide timely profitability analysis on key client accounts
• Assist senior brokers to engage with clients during client meetings and site visits when appropriate
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

A successful candidate shall possess the following qualifications:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, Economics, or Business Administration
• 1+ years of relevant working experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst position
• Excellent command in Microsoft Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to details and motivated
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both written and oral English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
