• Manage and develop marketing collaterals whilst adhering to branding guidelines. 
• Be responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, including flipbooks, Fund profiles and fact sheets. 
• Provide marketing support to the team and Investment professionals. 
• Participate in concept / theme development as well as content creation of materials for use at project pitch, conferences, events, road shows, social media and other marketing campaigns. 
• Enhance client relationships by providing best marketing practices. 
• Liaise with other internal marcom teams. 
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisor. 

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing or related discipline. 
• Over 5 years’ experience in marketing field with international corporation. 
• Account management experience from an advertising / PR agency preferable. 
• Experience with property or related industries preferable and strong investment knowledge. 
• Good understanding of the local market. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and project management skills. 
• High proficiency using MS office, Photoshop and Indesign; exposure to Dreamweaver and Illustrator is an advantage. 
• Good writing skills both in English & Chinese.
