Job Description

Objective:

As a member of the Advisory Services Department, to develop and expand
the firm's strategic consulting capability, improve its service delivery to
support and enhance the firm's business in Delhi. Advisory Services' goals are
to develop and deliver the most comprehensive and world-class real estate advisory
services to assist our clients to determine the most effective development
strategy and maximize development profits.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide high quality consulting services including development and market analysis, industry studies, occupier strategy studies and regional development strategy studies for Chinese and international clients;

  2. To assist in the management, development and marketing of advisory services;

  3. To develop continuously skills and experience through appropriate study, reading and training, maintaining Advisory Services at the leading edge of real estate consulting.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years' experience for in a consulting environment and been engaged in a variety of
property consulting assignments

2. Superior knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:

3. Major development projects; feasibility analysis and /or city planning;

4. Property related management consulting; Property finance and investment analysis.

5. Sound analytical, report writing and presentation skills including superior competence in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
