Business Leading/Accounting handling/Client Relationship Management.

Managing account as key associate for one of prestigious banking institution Providing ‘end-to-end’ solution required for execution of any fit-out project such as coordinating project management activities, among appointed resources and information; liaising with clients to identify & define their requirements, record scope & objectives of individual stakeholders; ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers, Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team Managing Project Manager at site level and worked with subordinates for documentation Managing project progress & issues; preparing project schedule/bar chart; steering closure of project, witnessing all testing & commissioning along with consultants, verifying & certifying the vendors bill, arranging handover of all closure documents/as built to the client; assisting client with all supporting documents for vendor's final payments & so on Preparing all tender documents (BOQ, technical bids, tender drawings & so on); organizing & hosting prebid & negotiation meetings; conducting weekly review meetings with vendor, client & solving issues in consultation with respected consultants as part of procurement Steering vendor evaluation & recommendation floating tender; identifying respective vendors for performing tasks Reviewing construction drawings, bidding, scheduling bought-outs quality & time management at site Guiding a team of designers, developing working drawings and devising newer constructional details Designing&implementing stringent systems, detailed design; ensuring high quality standards of construction during all stages of projects.
