Job Description
Due to recent growth across our Hong Kong Valuation & Advisory Services business, we are sourcing for an experienced Real Estate advisory professional to grow with our department. Working closely with key internal and external clients, this role will be tasked with further accelerating our growth within the Hong Kong region.
Key Accountabilities:
- This client facing position is part of the management and leadership team within the Valuation & Advisory team.
- Act as a Project Leader to communicate with clients and lead the team to complete real estate related projects to the highest level of professionalism.
- Be accountable for the project cycle from lead generation, planning, execution and delivery of projects.
- Highly involved in research, feasibility studies, technical analysis and report development to clients
- Actively engage with clients and ensure quality service delivery throughout the project development.
- Continuously build new market connections while maintaining existing relationships.
- Proactively engage in business development activities and identify untapped business opportunities in the region.
Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience with capacity of real estate or valuation consulting background.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or Finance is strong preferred.
- Sound understanding of the commercial real estate market in Hong Kong and China.
- Strong ability to conduct research along with technical ability in financial modelling, valuation related calculation and analysis.
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly proficient in written and verbal English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Flexibility to travel within The Greater Bay Area and mainland China for projects.
