Job Description

This position will require thorough knowledge of overall Indian real estate markets. The Candidate must be able to gather and synthesize data from market resources, published resources and a network of informed industry sources to provide clear and legible research and forecasts on such topics.

The position will require excellent writing and research skills but also can make presentations of key findings. This position will oversee the evaluation and procurement of real estate data sources and database systems. The mandate is to produce high quality real estate research on a range of geographies, themes and projects.

Key Result Areas:

 1. Writing of white papers, articles, periodic reports on real estate market conditions in the commercial and residential sectors. These reports are intended to illuminate key aspects of property and geographic sectors

2. Communicating with internal and external managers, brokers, clients, and partners to obtain or provide real estate information.

3. Structuring of Data base related to Commercial, Industrial & Logistics, Residential Real Estate  by market research, web-based research and other resources.

4. Managing database and Validating the data.

5. Developing an understanding of the sector and analyzing the realty trend of the real estate sector to Interpret data concerning prices, yields, stability, and future trends in the real estate sector

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years in Market Research.
  • Post graduate or a post graduate in Economics, Finance, Urban Planning; an experienced analyst covering the real estate / infrastructure / equity research.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to work quickly and cogently with minimal supervision and to integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses.
