Job Description

Due to recent growth across our Hong Kong Industrial Services business, we are sourcing for an aspiring real estate professional to grow with our department. Working closely with key internal and external clients, this role will be tasked with further accelerating our growth within the Hong Kong region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of industrial or related properties on behalf of vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants;
  • Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact, cold calling & external industry platform etc;
  • Assist senior brokers to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key clients;
  • Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals for the Company;
  • Preparation of options reports for client presentation including high level financial analysis;
  • To be responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions;
  • Assist sourcing for sole agency appointments in industrial landlord representation projects;
  • Assist to generate market intel and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database;
  • To create proposals, presentations, marketing collateral and client lists;
  • Create and generate property listings;
  • Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients;
  • Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives

Qualifications

  • University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines;
  • 2-3 years working experience in real estate leasing or sales;
  • A self-disciplined, accountable character;
  • A broad understanding and interest of the commercial real estate market;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong team player, with ability to manage & prioritize workload.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be advantageous;
  • A holder of a valid estate’s agent license preferred.  Candidates will be required to obtain EAA license during initial 6 months.
