•  Tracking and planning day to day activities at site w.r.t Master Schedule.
• To Implement Master Schedule/Micro Schedule including Resource Planning & Tracking logs for various activities
• To assist project team in meeting with contractors, consultants day to day activities.
• To manage daily/periodic review meetings at site with staff/vendors to review progress of work.
• Knowledge about LEED & Green building requirements
• To prepare QA/QC/IT Plans, Review & Track QA/QC procedures at site.
• Review & Track Safety Procedure
• To strictly follow and ensure implementation of Synergy manuals.
• To do value engineering and comments on drawings/ packages prepared by the service consultant.
• To monitor, control & verify assigned contractors progress and bills.
• To monitor and verify quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
• To ensure sufficient manpower at site with contractor’s representatives.
• To overview and review cost of the project on regular basis.
• To initiate approval of change orders of contractors.
• To review drawings & MARs of contractors & provide feedback.
• To assist reporting manager in day to day activities like Planning, coordination, monitoring, correspondences & admin works.
