• Client farming activities: cold calling and saturation exercises
• Coordinating and conducting site inspection for clients
• Working with our market analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but not be limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches/presentations
• Work on documentation related to transaction management: building option list, requests for proposals, letters of intent etc.
• Negotiate contracts on behalf clients.
• Work with client engagement coordinator on providing client post-sales support.
• Help mount and attend various client engagement activities.

• Must be a college graduate
• Graduate of any business related course
• Licensed broker
• Minimum of five(5) years work experience in the same capacity
• Must have in depth knowledge in real estate market
