Job Description

As Associate Director (team lead) on the Workplace Strategy and Change Management team, you will be responsible for developing workplace strategies for clients that are driven by the client’s business and cultural objectives. You will help the team deliver strategic workplace planning, pre-design services, high level programming develop change management initiatives, business case development, and track design trends that impact space requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Set-up and deliver workplace innovation projects; Organize resources. Meet with client leadership and other client representatives. Conduct interviews. Run workshops. Conduct and analyze surveys. Gather and analyze data. Summarize data in easy to understand presentations.
  • Analyze different dimensions of the client organization; translate critical business/work processes into workplace models and infrastructure requirements. Manage workplace innovation projects to meet fee realities. Organize and manage resources. Provide data to support invoicing.
  • Implement regular communications to clients and to Colliers regarding project progress.
  • Provide clear direction for selected service providers (as needed) on expectations, develop and implement clear & achievable service levels with remediation and escalation on disputes.
  • Help win projects through business development and RFP responses.
  • Meet and interface with Client to develop options, finalize project concepts and prepare final documents for client approval.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years working experience in either interior design/ corporate real estate occupier consulting/ Business AnalysisProven background in business development and client care.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking and graphics.
  • Essential languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Design and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations to client needs.
  • Ability to travel roughly 20% of the time.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior client leaders.
