Job Description

  • To advise clients on their occupancy needs

  • Able to reach target customers and be able to secure appointments

  • To be responsible for the transaction management and to provide consistent and     high quality of customer services

  • To establish and maintain client relationship

  • To update clients and property information database

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education background, with at least 3 years experience in the marketing field, preferably in the office leasing market.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager position.

  • Holder of a valid Estate Agent Individual License

  • Good business writing and communications skills, both spoken and written

  • Excellent presentation and strong negotiation skills  

  • Energetic, self motivated individual who has a positive working attitude

  • Ale to work under continuous pressure and strive to meet tight deadlines

  • Good team player
