Job Description
To advise clients on their occupancy needs
Able to reach target customers and be able to secure appointments
To be responsible for the transaction management and to provide consistent and high quality of customer services
To establish and maintain client relationship
To update clients and property information database
Qualifications
Tertiary education background, with at least 3 years experience in the marketing field, preferably in the office leasing market. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager position.
Holder of a valid Estate Agent Individual License
Good business writing and communications skills, both spoken and written
Excellent presentation and strong negotiation skills
Energetic, self motivated individual who has a positive working attitude
Ale to work under continuous pressure and strive to meet tight deadlines
Good team player
