Job Description

§   To perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, greeting visitors in professional manner

§   To assist on internal office relocation and renovation projects including vendor selection and relocation services

§   To handle incoming and outgoing emails, postal & local / international courier delivery

§   To provide all-round office administration services

§   To monitor company car fleets and co-ordinate with company driver on daily schedule 

§   To administer office administration invoices

§   To assist on other ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

§   Form 7 or above  with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in multinational corporations

§   Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing is preferred

§   Good command on both written and spoken in English and Cantonese

§   A punctual,  reliable, pleasant and helpful character with good interpersonal and communication skills

§   Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner

§   Able to work under a fast-paced environment

§   Highly flexible, self-motivated and eager to learn

§   Immediate available is highly preferre
