Job Description
- Work closely with HK MD’s Executive Assistant to provide various secretarial and administration support to senior management and the team
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentation and marketing materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM programme
- Assist in executing marketing proposal such as organizing marketing events and seminars
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, interviews, events and calendar management
- Maintain central filing system
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or degree holder with at least 2 years relevant working experience
- Previous working experience in MNC companies will be an added bonus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Diplomatic, proactive, hardworking and devoted to work
- Immediate available is highly preferred
