Due to recent restructure across our Industrial Services business, we are sourcing for senior industrial services professional to join our market leading team. Working closely key internal and external clients, this role will be tasked with further accelerating our growth within the East China region.

• To lead, develop and manage the existing industrial team to achieve annual business target;
• To work closely with the Managing Director China on developing new business strategies and implementing such strategies throughout East China;
• Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals for the Company.
• To build up a successful track record by enlarging the pool of existing developers / tenants / landlord;
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisors.

• Minimum 10 years' working experience in industrial services with proven track record in industrial sales and marketing and execution of deals;
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with experience in managing a team;
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure.
