Job Description

  • To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and any other assignments directed by the Senior Management;
  • Undertake market studies, data analysis, site inspections, preparing of valuations and report writing;

  • Work for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments;

  • Work with other team members for the successful execution of valuation assignments;

  • Assist to drive growth and development of the valuation business in Shenzhen;

  • To assist the Managers with the setting up and updating of filling and database systems of the Department;

  • Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within China.

Qualifications

  • At least two years experience in real estate/valuation and related business or in consultancy;
  • A Bachelor from a recognized university, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines; A higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable; Foreign background is preferred by not necessary;

  • RICS or related professional qualification is an advantage;

  • Logical thinking with sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;

  • Adapt frequent travel;

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;

  • Fluent spoken and good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages;

  • A team player with good presentation skills;

  • Able to work efficiently to deadlines, self-motivated, able to work independently; and

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Conversant in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
