Colliers International Korea is undergoing a period of significant investment and growth. We are sourcing for a proven Valuations professional to join our dynamic organisationto lead and grow the Valuations practice across Korea. The focus of the role will be to develop client relations and to promote Colliers’ Consultancy, Valuation Services (VS) and other services, as well as to generate new business and new client contacts as appropriate.

• To develop Colliers Valuation Services presence and fee generation opportunities;
• To work efficiently to a very high standard with a minimum of supervision;
• To control client relations and client contact during the life of an assignment;
• To plan, request and manage the input of senior management, as required by the assignment;
• To contribute to the development of Colliers Valuations and Advisory operating procedures and practices;
• To present Colliers as a professional organisation with the highest standards of excellence and client care;
• To develop relations with existing clients, and with new and potential clients;
• To assist in the selling of valuation and consulting work, and to sell valuation and consulting work directly;
• To manage, and undertake valuation and consulting work across Malaysia and from time to time further afield;
• To promote the other areas of activity with Colliers.

Experience required:

• Computer literacy - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Experience with relational databases such as MS Access. 
• Knowledge of both Korean and English.
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience.
• Qualified valuer, approved and licensed by relevant local authorities to undertake commercial valuations.
