Due to the growth in our Hong Kong and Southern China business, we now have created Research position to work closely with Senior Director, Daniel Shih. Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure the timeliness and quality of all research publications (quarterly, half-yearly, radar, flash, outlook and other thematic reports);
• Expand research coverage of key real estate sectors including office, business park, retail and industrial etc. 
• Promote the firm's professional services and public image through working with media, conference, seminar with clients and professional bodies and speaking at public events; 
• Coach and develop junior staff; 
• Set goals for areas of responsibility, develop and implement research strategies; 
• Perform any other research duties by direct supervisor. 

• Bachelor degree of higher education qualification in real estate, surveying, business or related subjects, MBA is preferred; 
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Real Estate related field in a research/analytical/consulting role; 
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff; 
• Strong writing and presentation skills required in both Cantonese and English; 
• Capability for strong quantitative analysis skills; 
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics; 
• Understanding of marketing and business development; 
• Ability to lead and encourage teamwork spirit.
