• Support the office services team in preparing presentations for clients
• Supports the head of the market analyst team in preparing research publications about the local real estate office market
• Gather information and maintain databases for local research publications and internal use
• Produce high quality market research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients.
• Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research on the file when needed
• Respond to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings
  

• Degree in Economics, Statistics Management or related courses
• Experience in Qualitative and Quantitative research is required
• Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
• Highly Articulate
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
