We are growing our Commercial Property Management team in Canberra and are looking for property professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and tenants.

As part of our Canberra team, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing asset performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service across a range of commercial properties.
What you'll do
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
- Assisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolio
- Preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentation
- Monitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirements
- Coordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outs
- Providing proactive advice and support to clients and tenants
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction
Qualifications
We're interested in hearing from candidates with a range of experience levels who are looking to build a rewarding career in commercial property.
You will bring:
- Experience in commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management, property administration, facilities management, or a related property discipline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- A keen interest in commercial property and asset performance
- A Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or willingness to obtain the relevant licence
- Experience using MRI or similar property management systems (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
