Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Lead | Rural & Agribusiness to join our Marketing & Communications team part time, based in our Auckland CBD office. Working 24 hours per week across three days, this role offers the chance to partner with business leaders across our national Rural & Agribusiness network, delivering strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, events and thought leadership that support business growth and strengthen the Colliers brand.
You'll enjoy the autonomy to lead key marketing activities while collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders across New Zealand.
The Value You'll Add
- Build trusted relationships with Rural & Agribusiness leaders, franchise stakeholders, brokers, and marketers across New Zealand, becoming their go-to marketing advisor.
- Develop and deliver impactful marketing plans and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
- Drive engagement across the Rural network through effective stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration.
- Coordinate thought leadership, market insights and content initiatives that position Colliers as a leader in the Rural & Agribusiness sector.
- Use data, insights and reporting to measure campaign success and continuously improve marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications, campaign management, or stakeholder engagement role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, or campaign reporting platforms, with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement
