Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Marketing Graduate to join our high-performing Industrial & Logistics team based in Parramatta. Working alongside experienced sales agents and wider support staff, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, submissions, presentations and client engagement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of industrial assets.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative and professional environment while gaining exposure to one of Australia's most active commercial property sectors.                                                                

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and supporting marketing materials to help the team secure new business opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate the delivery of property marketing campaigns, including managing campaign timelines, liaising with suppliers and ensuring marketing materials are produced to a high standard.
  • Prepare high-quality information memorandums, brochures, presentations and other marketing collateral using Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support the day-to-day marketing operations of the team, including maintaining client databases, reporting, marketing compliance requirements and marketing resources.
  • Assist with team marketing initiatives, client events, social media content and other activities that help promote the team's market presence and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Previous marketing experience through internships, part-time roles or university projects is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and exposure to Adobe Indesign and Canva is desirable.
