The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineer, Civil to join our growing team in Perth. In this exciting position you will play a pivotal role driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 550 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
- Design and manage large-scale land development OR built form projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 12D experience is preferred
