Accelerate your success by becoming an Analyst at Colliers Agribusiness Transaction Services team

We are seeking a professional and proactive Analyst to work closely with a specialised team of senior operators, who assist an extensive list of domestic and offshore clients with their sale and purchase of Agribusiness assets nationally. You will manage and extract data from our CRM database, Google Gemini 3 analyse refinement of that output information to identify key trends and opportunities in the marketplace. Maintaining the credibility and data rigour and file recovery will be your significant focus daily. The ability to assist with data room reporting alongside production and property modelling for major Agribusiness portfolio & land sales will ensure team success through data for use in proposal materials, pitch preparations, and information memorandums will also form a key part of this role.

In addition, you will play an important key role in supporting and driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows agents across the teams. This includes leveraging Google Gemini 3 native agentic capabilities to enhance data extraction, improve visualisation and efficiency of turnaround times.

This is a rare opportunity for a final year student or recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of Agribusiness Property specialists.

Qualifications

To be successful you will need to demonstrate;

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, agribusiness, business or a related discipline
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate property databases
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
  • Intermediate to Advanced level MS Office skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated keen to add value to the team

Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving are important capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role. You will have the opportunity to take ownership and build the capability of a very important tool in our business, working closely with key stakeholders in our CBD office.
