Job Description

We’re seeking a Technical Support Officer to join our National IT team, based onsite in South Australia. This role will be split across locations, with approximately 80% based at our Dulwich office and 20% supporting our Adelaide CBD office. Reporting to the Senior Service Desk Manager, you’ll be the primary onsite IT contact, delivering high‑quality support and exceptional customer service across all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and resolving IT issues, with a focus on supporting our Melbourne offices.
  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware and software.
  • Following established processes and ensuring thorough documentation of procedures.
  • Recommending system upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
  • Championing the IT brand by locally implementing customer-facing technology initiatives.
  • Actively participating in and driving IT-related projects.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications and proven experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while managing a dynamic and varied workload.
  • A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hardware lifecycle management is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a solid understanding of network fundamentals.
  • Confidence in building strong business relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to deliver information sessions or training as needed.
