This is an exciting opportunity to join our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and work on a key client account managing their Queensland portfolio. This position would suit someone who has previously worked in administration. This is an onsite role located in our Brisbane CBD office and the key responsibilities will include:
- Actively participate and take/produce minutes in regular structured team meetings
- Utilisation of company systems and processes − ensuring that technology is adopted and effectively used in accordance with company standards and expectations.
- Create, maintain and search records on databases to ensure that the client’s and property information is accurate
- Lease Administration – Working with MRI to arrange new lease set up; sundry charges; reconciliations; document control for both revenue and expense properties
- Providing administrative support in relation to suppliers which includes modifying, renewing and extending purchase orders
- Managing the tenant arrears and weekly debtor process including chasing tenants and advising management of status
- Preparation and typing of correspondence and ad hoc letters
- Raising Work Orders for the payment of invoices
- Keep status reports on each property up to date and provide copies as requested
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
- Have previous administration or data entry experience
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Hold intermediate MS Office skills
- Have the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Be a team player
- Experience in real estate / property industry, a plus but not essential
