Job Description

PRD is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our national real estate network. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our digital presence, create engaging content, and deliver campaigns that build brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads for both PRD Corporate and our franchise offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the annual content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms
  • Create high-quality visual, video & written content that reflects current trends
  • Monitor and engage daily across corporate channels, ensuring a proactive brand voice
  • Run paid campaigns to drive leads and website traffic
  • Support franchise offices with social media setup, branding & audits
  • Report on performance with analytics and actionable insights
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep PRD at the forefront of digital marketing

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ months’ experience in marketing, content or social media
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media
  • Strong content creation skills and knowledge of algorithms & scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Office Suite & basic video editing/animation
  • Excellent communication, organisation & attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
