Job Description
Working within one of Colliers most successful asset classes, your new role will allow you to develop a career in the Real Estate and Property sector. Exposing you to a broad range of industry information and the operations of a successful Office Leasing business.
Your day will include:
- Inputting vital office, tenant, and owner information into our CRM database
- Updating existing information to ensure data integrity
- Assisting with building audits and managing the process of stock reports
- Assisting the team with submissions and presentations
- Producing regular reports for the National Directors and wider Office Leasing team
Qualifications
This rare opportunity will give the right person direct exposure to a busy and highly effective team as well as working with a market leader.
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic analyst who has a passion for property and can demonstrate abilities in:
- Excel – Pivot tables, V-look ups and Formulas
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail
- The ability to follow detailed process and take direction
- Fast and high-quality work
- Ability in, if not current understanding of CRM systems
- Good attitude and ability to be flexible to ad-hoc requirements
- Ability to provide insight to the analysis of the data
