Job Description

We seek to appoint a Senior HR Systems Manager to lead the support and development of our Human Resource platforms. Leading an organically growing team of offshore HR system specialists, this role sits within a wider People & Performance team of 20 Human Resources and Recruitment professionals.  

This role is ultimately responsible for ensuring that our SuccessFactors and ECP platform are robust and continually enhanced as our business requirements evolve with growth.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Professional leadership whilst managing a support team with an ability to be hands-on technically when required in a bid to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with a high performing and fast paced People & Performance team spread along the East Coast. Reporting to the ANZ Technical Solutions Director, this role will also be work directly with our People & Performance leaders in NSW.
  • Laser focus on collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify, scope and test a backlog of system improvements and enhancements to maximise the full potential of our HRIS.
  • Accountability for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements. 
  • Concrete Vendor support management, ensuring support tasks undertaken by AMS support are resolved effectively  within SLA timeframes.
  • Ensure our HR and Payroll platforms are robust in parallel with an external AMS vendor.
  • Strong project management.  Acting as a conduit between AMS Partners, Payroll, HR and IT Teams. Co-ordination of future solutions and road-mapping projects.
  • Be the custodian of Security Permissions, workflows, and organisational & structural data management.

Qualifications

Qualifications we require?

  • Experience and in depth knowledge and technical capability of SAP/SuccessFactors, particularly EC, ECP, LMS, Onboarding and PMGM.
  • Competent to grasp & understand HR policies and procedures.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Strong Vendor Management experience. Must be able to enforce agreed SLA terms.
  • Demonstrated expertise with HR data analysis, metrics, reporting and presentation.
