Job Description
As a People & Performance team we’re focused on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle, as well as partnering to deliver tailored advice and solutions where there is value add opportunity. This role is absolutely core to the first part of this – the seamless people experience across the employee lifecycle!
As a HR Graduate, your key responsibilities for this will include:
- Coordination and administration of HR employment processes and workflows to onboard, offboard and effectively manage people movements and changes
- Overall HRIS systems management – with a strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. You’ll also act as a champion to drive systems engagement and interaction capability within the People & Performance team
- Management of the People Australia inbox – acting as first point of contact for general inquiries nationally
- Coordination and administration for national HR projects including wellbeing initiatives, engagement measurement and career management
- Acting as a policy and process champion, including provision of general advice in partnership with HRBPs
- Developing and maintaining a reporting and communication cadence for key people data and insights
- Owning the coordination of induction, including driving the on-going development of the program
- Developing and managing our Colliers People Hub
- Proving support to the national HRBP and wider People & Performance team on day-to-day matters and people projects
This is a great generalist role for someone looking to develop breadth and depth of experience and knowledge across all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle. It creates a very strong foundation to develop your People and Performance career in a diversity of ways in the future.
