Job Description

This is an opportunity for a candidate skilled in marketing and graphic design to join our high performing Parramatta Industrial & Logistics business. You will play an integral role in enhancing the productivity and delivery of service excellence to clients and customers.

  • Work with the team to design and produce winning submissions that are creative and professional to win listings. This involves taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other supporting material required.
  • Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market or off-market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and execute and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare high quality information memorandums, submissions and other relevant marketing documents in InDesign, Illustrator and other marketing platforms/programs.
  • Manage the marketing operations of the team which includes, but is not limited to CRM database, monthly metrics reporting requested by the National Marketing Manager, marketing compliance, internal communications, improving quality and maintaining collateral and content, etc.
  • Position the team within the market by collaborating with the National Marketing Manager to deliver on the overall strategy of the National business where relevant to the team. I.e. through value-adding client events, thought leadership, campaigns and social and traditional media. 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
  • 1 year experience in similar role ideally within the property industry, but not essential. 
  • High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
  • Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/ or PhotoShop, Illustrator)
