Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.
- Involved in pre-sales, solution deployment and maintenance.
- Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
- Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
- Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.
- Provides (on-site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers
- Field work is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree: Engineering(Computer/Telecomunication) Computer Science/Information Technology
- At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
- Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures
- Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environment
- Has the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervision

- Symantec -Endpoint Protection (SEP), Messaging Gateway (SMG), Data Loss Prevention, ITMS (formerly Altiris), Advanced Threat Protection
- Veritas - NetBackup, Backup Exec, Infoscale Solutions (Storage Foundation, Volume Replication, Veritas Cluster Server)
- ASG - Workspace (Cloud Factory), Mobius Document Direct, Zena
- AppDynamics - Application Performance Management, End User Monitoring, Infrastructure Visibility
- Bluecoat - Web ProxySG, CASB (Elastica)
