Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Duration: 12+ months (Possible Extensions)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Executive Recruitment Coordinator
Job Summary:
This role will work closely with the Vice President of Executive & Diversity Recruiting and Executive Recruiting team to schedule interviews with high profile candidates. The successful candidate will also provide day-to-day support for the Executive Recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
• Own complex interview scheduling by collaborating with Executive Recruiters, Executive Administrators, Hiring Managers, C-Level candidates, and Search Firms
• Provide 5-star customer service and exceptional candidate experience
• Prepare candidate interview folders to be presented to the Executive Committee
• Ensure compliance with all established processes and procedures such as booking travel arrangements, composing offer letters, candidate/applicant tracking, initiating background checks, processing expense reimbursements, and managing all new executive hire on-boarding and paperwork processing
• Assists with creating candidate status reports to present to Hiring Managers
• Serve as on-site host to C-Level candidates during in-person interviews
• Able to work under pressure
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications:
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in Adobe, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Taleo (preferred)
• Previous experience supporting corporate or executive recruiting
• Must be able to operate with sense of urgency and comfortable working to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and detail oriented
• Must have positive attitude
• Must be flexible to travel between our San Francisco and Foster City office

Additional Information
Phone then onsite interview. Please note, the manager is fine with seeing candidates for either the San Francisco or Foster City office. However, they do need to be flexible with going to either location when need be.
