• Test new requirements, check and implement new technologies and document all information.
• Improve daily processes by coordinating with team members from different regions.
• Allocate desktops and laptops as per requirements.
• Conduct maintenance in meeting/board rooms and for printers.
• Provide Linux Support for desktops and Virtual Machines.
• Maintain IT stock levels on site.

• 1-3 years of relevant PC/Desktop support experience.
• Strong costumer service skills and expert knowledge of Linux.
• ITIL certification is a big plus.
