Qualifications: 

• Minimum 4 years experience 
• Experience collaborating with business / technology partners 
• Must have strong relationship building and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate. 
• Resourceful and creative in generating solutions 
• Must have a high degree of initiative and dedication; be willing to work overtime if necessary in order to meet deadlines 
• Demonstrated strength as a quick learner 
• Knowledge of the financial reporting processes and an understanding of Oracle Essbase, Excel, and Power Point are strongly preferred. 
• Ability to add structure to ambiguous situations 
• MBA or equivalent preferred
